Stauber Movement

Stauber movement therapy that changes the posture and movement patterns that are breaking you down and causing pain. Once learned, these exercises can be done anywhere. You will get a stronger, more stable spine with a less pain.  If you feel like your dragging your body around with you throughout the day, it’s a good indicator that your spine is not very efficient.  Wondering if it works?
